- An over-due update -

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile...things have been absolutely nuts. But I'm looking forward to some real needed rest this summer. My summer will not start off very well though. I had really hoped to make it to Nicolae's graduation, and maybe even Ash's, but I won't be able to because of a stupid wisdom tooth.
See, back in November, I had my first dental check-up since I was 6. Long time, I know, but all things considering, my teeth were in pretty good shape! I have a few cavities, and one of my wisdom teeth has grown in sideways, blocking the view of one of my molars. They were going to get back with me, but they never did. So Monday, when I went in for another check up, they decided to schedule an appointment for extraction and fillings. Well, it looked like my dental insurance was going to change a few things, so in order to pay a lower price for the procedures, I had to do it Friday. So at 3:00 Friday, I am to go in for those procedures, and I'm sorry, I'm not going to show up to a graduation ceremony all doped up, no matter how funny it would be. And to tell you the truth, I'm nervous about this. It will be my first surgery EVER! So yeah, it's a bit nerve-wracking.
Then, as always, there are romance issues. I'm interested in a guy, don't know if he's interested in me, but apparently everyone else can tell something's going on. But I'm just waiting patiently and seeing how things will develop. If something happens, fine. If we remain friends, that's great.
I'm currently reading House by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekkar--very creepy, so check it out if you want a few cheap scares.
Finally saw The Grudge today, and I have found that I prefer the psychological horror over blood and guts horror. Elongated creaking noises now send shivers down my spine.
Well, enough of that, I must go. American Idol is on, and I need to say if Taylor's going to win (SOUL PATROL!) or if the Californian slut will win.
